Production + Shipping Info
All items are mare to order within 5-10 business days (M-F 8am -5pm CST).
Once created, your item will ship.
Due to how we source, you may receive your items from various partners.
Delays may occur due to the current global health crisis.
Domestic Orders (United States)
Shipping is flat rate of $5.00. Orders over $100 ship free.
Returns are accepted for Domestic orders within polices (see below).
Note: production and shipping time is NOT the same.
International:
International shipping is currently a flat rate of 40.00
Currently, we ship to Australia, Canada, Ireland, France, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom.
Estimated shipping speed is 1-4 weeks. With the mail delays related to COVID-19, items may take longer then expected
Due to local laws, customer is responsible for all custom fees, VAT, or taxes due on international orders.
Order Tracking
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information.
Shipping Rates
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.
Back Orders
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
