How To Return An Item

Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a  defect.  The below policy does not apply to items bought on sale, wholesale or custom orders.  Items bought on sale, wholesale, or custom orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Your items must be received within 14 days of delivery.

1. Email hello@themovementshop to request a refund and we will issue you an approval #.  Note: Items sent without prior approval will be rejected. 

2. Mail your returned item to:
    The Movement Shop
    2751 Hennepin Ave S #83 
    Minneapolis, MN 55408
note: it is strongly advised that you obtain a tracking #. The Movement Shop is NOT responsible for items not received without tracking information.  

3. Once item is received and inspected, you will receive a refund (minus original shipping cost or 10% restocking fee if no shipping was originally paid).

How To Exchange An Item

Exchanges for the same item in a different size are accepted in accordance with the policy below.
